The arrow again points to the the same abnormality seen in the echocardiogram immediately above this one. Although it looks like the abnormality is between the aorta and right ventricle, it is high on the septum. This view shows a markedly malpositioned pulmonic valve. The valve is difficult to visualize but sits between the right ventricle (RV) and main pulmonary artery (MPA) at about 2 o'clock, instead of the normal 3 to 4 o'clock position.
