Case 10DiagnosisBased on the signalment, history, physical examination, ECG, radiographs, and echocardiographic studies, you should now be able to make a pathologic diagnosis (what pathologic abnormality would you expect to see at a postmortem examination). You should also be able to make a pathophysiologic diagnosis (the pathophysiologic consequence to the pathologic lesion that is present in this dog). Lastly, you should be able to make a diagnosis of the arrhythmia in this dog.
