This ECG shows all 6 limb leads with leads 1, 2, and 3 recorded simultaneously to the left and then leads aVR, aVL, and aVF simultaneously to the right. Lead 2 is recorded continuously along the bottom.

This ECG shows chest leads V1 and V2 along with lead 2 at the bottom.
