Right forelimb swelling

 

Vein draining the swelling into right jugular vein

The dog is lying on its back with the head and neck extended to the left of the picture. A large vein (large arrow) can be seen coursing from the swelling (not seen) up the right front leg to the jugular vein (small arrow).
