Comparison Case 1

The radiographs below were taken from two 5-month-old Maine coon cat litter mates. Each had a loud heart murmur. The cat on the left had a small VSD while the cat on the right had a large VSD. The pulmonary vessels and the heart in the cat on the right are much larger due to the large left-to-right shunt that encompasses the pulmonary circulation.
