These views show an enlarged main pulmonary artery (MPA) and markedly enlarged right pulmonary (RPA) branch. The left pulmonary artery (LPA) branch cannot be seen well. In the distal RPA you can see two parallel lines that look like "tram" tracks (just to the left of the RPA label in each view). These are heartworms. |
