Four month history of collapsing episodes that last for 5 seconds. He paddles with his front paws during these episodes.

GENERAL ABDOMEN

Significant Findings:

The kidneys are lobular and echogenic. The pancreatic body is visible caudal to the gastric wall. There is mild mesenteric lymphadenopathy.

ULTRASOUND IMPRESSIONS

Changes involving the kidneys likely represents chronic renal disease. Mild mesenteric lymphadenopathy.
