This cow had reportedly been down for over a week as a result of a difficult calving. When we got there, she tried to stand but was unable to. We took our electric winch out of the recue trailer and pulled the cow into the "Aqua Cow" trailer so that we could fill it up with water and help her stand once we got back to the VMTH. Unfortunately, several days after arriving at the VMTH, the cow had to be euthanized due to complications from her immobility.
