VMTH Information Technology Services
If you need to request technical support to access VMACS on the web:
- Email VMTH ITS Helpdesk at vmthhelpdesk@ucdavis.edu .
- Telephone the VMTH ITS Helpdesk at (530) 752-8953 between 9am-4pm PST
(M-F).
- During regular business hours, walk-in help is available at VMTH IT
Services located in the VMTH Administrative Annex Room #101 (outside the
East entrance of the VMTH).
- You can also click the Support button from any VMACS screen once you
are logged in (link with green background in the VMACS menu)
When placing a request for support in order to help us help you more
efficiently, please provide the following details:
Personal Information
- Name (first and last)
- Call back number
Problem Information
- Provide an accurate subject line (if you are using a web form or
email)
- Describe the problem and what you were doing when the problem
occurred
- Let us know if you can replicate the problem
- Explain if it's a recurring problem
- Please provide any detailed error messages
