| As Director
of Client Services, I have responsibility for directing all VMTH client
services (reception, cashiering, accounts receivable, and medical records).
I provide the first line of response to client or referring veterinarian
concerns about operational (non-medical) issues. I also have responsibility
for communications issues, whether internal or external, technical or
interpersonal.
The VMTH is proud of its reputation for excellent animal medical care. My position reflects the priority the Hospital places upon providing outstanding customer service and cooperative communication. |
