Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, I have responsibility for directing all VMTH client services (reception, cashiering, accounts receivable, and medical records). I provide the first line of response to client or referring veterinarian concerns about operational (non-medical) issues. I also have responsibility for communications issues, whether internal or external, technical or interpersonal.

The VMTH is proud of its reputation for excellent animal medical care. My position reflects the priority the Hospital places upon providing outstanding customer service and cooperative communication.


Cheryl Nelson
It is my belief that quality animal care and service are founded in a partnership formed between the client and the veterinarian. A successful partnership contains mutual respect and trust, open communication and the exchange of pertinent information. My goal is to facilitate the development of such partnerships through my activities and management of the client services resources of the VMTH. I am fortunate to work with skilled medical staff and administrators, and to manage highly trained staff and supervisors who personally care about the clients and patients we serve. We work diligently to meet our client, service and teaching goals and continually look for ways to improve our performance and service.
